robaday Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 My sister would have been 28 today, she passed away suddenly 4 years ago last November. She had just graduated as a dr, and had volunteered all her life. Since then I have reached the darkest depths and come back from suicidal depression (I was locked up one night because I was scared of what I would do to myself). I have found out my father cheated on my mother, have been physically assaulted by him. I have been arrested, I have been in rehab, and I have done things I dont like. But, her memory has built up a resilience, a depth to my character. My charity work, my NGO career, my morals and values have been shaped by her memory. Ive been clean for two years and have dedicated my life to helping those in need. Out of the darkest tragedy her spirit has shaped me. She is my inspiration. To my beautiful sister, my beautiful talented sister, happy birthday. I hope I can hug you again one day. I love you.

I also feel sorry for this mishap, but don't worry, things would change with the passage of time.
