She has broken down with shes not good enough and ranting about how she loves me etc etc but needs to fix her self but cant promise anything...

I don't get it... Why is this a bad thing?

She is honest and admits she isn't ready for you or any relationship.

i simply said sorry i cant do it anymore and please dont contact me until you are mature enuff to open up and work things out....

What exactly were you doing that you can't do "it" anymore? I thought you were healing and moving on.

So it's ALL OR NOTHING with you, huh?

Did you pull the ALL OR NOTHING on your first date with her? You do know that any second chance needs to start over new, right?

Personally, I think she was very open and mature enough to know that she has issues, needs to address them and do so outside of a relationship with you. I don't think she was trying to hurt you in the least.

Of course, you can't pursue or chase a women that isn't "healthy". So you and your Ex are where you need to be. Where you lost me is why you felt the need to insult her and belittle what any normal and healthy person should do in her situation.

Why not just say... I understand or something as simple as that?

SEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now go heal and enjoy your life.... dont let the past hurt you, its ok if it does but quit being selfish towards others and think they are out to hurt you

Now reflect on my comment

"You are your own worst enemy"

Look you did it your way.... it didnt work, you did it my way, it worked. The problem is you, now fix you so you arent filled with hate and anger and hurt

BY THE WAY... I APOLOGIZE FOR BEING A DICK, i look at other posters and see my stupid self how I was when I first came here. It makes me cringe, so Im sorry

This is why I tried to explain to you not to make any sort of contact with this person. She was obviously emotionally immature and her initial response showed that totally. Unless one receives a detailed response showing and proving that they have grown up there is no chance for things to work out in the long term. One might end up together for a bit but chances are it follows the same path due to the lack of growth.

To everyone out there. If someone comes back you need to ask the right questions.

What changes have you made internally that will allow the relationship to prosper?

What brought about these changes?

When did these changes begin?

How do you think we can best deal with the issues that caused our breakup(s) in the past?

This is your heart people... don't just hand it back to someone whom is likely to hurt you again.

If they can't explain what changes they have made and give a "I know it can work out" line... they haven't matured. If they can't explain the internal converastion they had about the changes they likely haven't matured. If this happened a short time ago they may have rushed things and still are not ready. If they have not analyzed their past issues (you of course need to do the same as it is a two way street) then they have not matured enough to begin again.
