Just how much did it effect your emotions?

I love my girlfriend more than I ever thought I'd love anyone, and we have so many great times together, but recently it just seems like she's really irritable, really short, gets upset incredibly easy and it's really not good for either of us. She thinks maybe it's the implant she had a few months ago, and we're not sure if it'd be worth now looking at alternatives?

Case in point probably is that she felt guilty staying over here Christmas eve, so after a chat with her sister decided to stay at her parents. Fair enough, it's not ideal but I didn't mind so much, then she really managed to upset herself that she wasn't staying here, and managed to work herself up that much her dads just had to pick her up (still learning to drive, unfortunately!) and just the two of us discussing Christmas plans made her break down into tears.

So now basically I'm stuck here on my own all Christmas eve (with absolutely ****ing loads to sort out on my own, although that isn't such a big deal all things considered) and she's at her parents house with her sister, no doubt getting herself worked up again.

Could this be caused by the implant? Or does this sound beyond that? I'm not sure to be honest but it isn't good. 90% of the time she's perfect, 5% of the time she's a bit... emotional, and the other 5% all hell breaks loose. :| I admit I often don't help in these situations but the reaction isn't always proportional, you know?

There's a good chance that nobody understands for sure just what you're talking about.

You might want to post another entry with some clarity.
