Yes a nother flaky or not thread. Met a woman on a site. Talked to her on the phone once so far than it's been mostly texting since. We were supposed to go out but then she got temporarily called up (she's in the army reserves) for 3 days and said she'd be in town monday. So we texted a little back and forth she always responds and we flirt a little. Anyway on Sun I texted her I'd call her on Mon. I called her last night and no answer, she texted me today and I texted her back but she's still not in town, now she's with her family somewhere. She does stay in contact which is good so she is either truly busy which as of right now is to busy to date IMO or she is back burnering me. I check her activity, don't call me a creeper everyone who does OLD does it and she's really not too active so I don't know what to think.

I would say it's a bit of both. I've met women from OLD who have done the same. Some even have too much baggage to even be in a relationship also - those are the biggest red flags to avoid...but you would never know because they don't talk about the ex.

Since they don't have time or can't make time for you, it's probably in your best interest to move on or date other people.

It's the holidays. Don't worry about it. Entertain other prospects. See how things go after 2012 starts.

And also, I don't like using the term red flag but there may be a couple. On one site it says her income is 50-60K but in her profile she says she's a full time student and doesn't work. I don't care if she doesn't have much money because I'm a student as well and don't have much money either. But why would you put that in the income bracket when it's clearly stated she doesn't work? She told me she's in the reserves and that's not listed in her profile and there's no way a reservist makes that much. And, on a nother site she is listed as 26 while the one we met on she is listed as 25. That one doesn't really bother me it's the income one that does.

There isn't much difference between 25 and 26 so wouldn't worry about that. I usually give the wrong day when a site asks me the date of birth (always the correct year though) because of data protection.

If she had to use a drop down box for her income bracket, it's possible that it saved the wrong one when she stopped scrolling, that happened to me. If she was that much of a liar she wouldn't have 'admitted' to being a student and a reservist.

She is probably busy because of the festivities, also the armed forces don't always let you out when they say they would, she might be nervous as well about meeting up first time with you.

Give her a little bit of time and see what she is like in person. Good luck :)
