The truth is, don't assume you know all about her life from one picture. That's just a snapshot of one second from her entire life - it doesn't mean she was happy a week before it and doesn't mean she will be happy a week afterwards. It sucks to see stuff like this so you do best to avoid it where you can. Believe me, I know how you feel (try finding out about an exs wedding plans) and there is no easy way to make you feel better. All you can do is accept the fact that yeah, she's happy with someone else, but that doesn't mean she always will be. The only thing you do know for definite is that you are moving on, slowly but surely, and things like this will eventually hurt you less until they no longer hurt at all.

BoredAgain Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 As Smudge said, don't think you can deduce her feelings from a single picture. Don't even bother trying to figure out how she feels. It's pretty much an impossible task. Instead try to avoid that stuff and focus on yourself.

I would have blocked her first, but she beat me to it,ha! no, actually it was not , it was from an photographer I ma subscribed and he send me a few photos form an event. I found out it was not with her the bloke but I really got a scare. Actually she broke contact yesterday and we talked for a while and her admitting its strange I am not there this holidays and that she would like to see me again....

So she has a boyfriend yet wants to see you, the ex. Seriously, just for one second put yourself in the new boyfriends shoes right now. How would you feel to hear your new love is wanting to see her ex. You'd be on here posting about it I bet. She made her decision and you need to remind her of that otherwise these bread crumbs will keep coming and you'll keep eating them up whilst she feeds the full meal to her new guy (until she leaves him too, which from the sound of things, may be very soon).

chados Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 they tell you pictures tells you more then a thousand words, well in this case at least it makes you believe that is the truth. thing is, vast majority would never tell YOU that their not happy while in a relationship with another guy. they could even stay in a relationship for months just to find out that it wasnt working out.

When she told me she feels strange to be away from me, made me feel nice though

Maybe that door is still open and maybe (note the "maybe" here) there could be a chance for something in the future. I know what it's like to get that sudden contact where an ex just happens to let you know they still care. The last time I spoke to mine, she remembered stuff that even I'd forgotten. Although there is no chance of us getting back together, in some ways it feels nice to know I had an impact on her life to the point where she remembers the little things.

She never wants to put the phone down, she only does that if I try and go to an emotional level of talk. When a woman admits : you r the one, there is always hope and she did that a while ago. I am not getting my hopes high but she text me saying last night: When r u back here again, call me next time. Ok my case is special, because she has also depression but I am not going to try and get back to her, will let it see how it goes.
