I don't know about a list of 10, but here are some of my pet peeves about guys:

• Inability to express/communicate emotions well. For a lot of guys, "shutting down" seems to be a common response to a lot of difficult or awkward situations.

• Maybe it's just the guys I date, but hygiene/cleanliness can be seriously lacking. I'm not neat freak myself but many guys seem to take things to a level of dysfunction. I've seen kitchen sinks so piled with dirty plates you can't use the faucet, I've seen mountains upon mountains of unattended dirty clothes, I've seem GRIMY bathrooms (stuff like...beard trimmings just hanging out in the sink). I've had to demand that bedsheets be changed, or that rotting foods be removed from fridges.

• Clinging to adolescent behaviors and not realizing it's a turnoff. Like, it's cool if you like video games, but really, you're 30 years old and you took a day off work to play the new World of Warcraft and drink all day with your brother? No I don't want to have sex with you right now.

Couple things I like about guys:

• There's a certain stoic and noble sense of responsibility most will embrace. Like, if you need help moving a mattress crosstown, they will do it and never bitch about it once or expect anything in return.

• When Mr. No Emotions Hard-Ass shows vulnerability, it's touching. Like when they hold hands with you all of a sudden out of nowhere.

:lmao:The World of Warcraft? PMSL!

Some very humourous examples!:D

The thing is Fare, that at least if you don't know what you want...you know what you don't want!

Much love

I like the meat and two veg :)

But I take it you meant men that will only eat meat and two veg. Like Mum used to make :)

I think we like and dislike the same things, except the level of macho man differs. and of course the humour has to be on par with our own.

well the communicationpart.. its not just guys that has a problem with that. girls are often waiting for a guy to change without telling him whats wrong. generally girls might express feelings more often. but when theyre feeling that something is really bugging them, many girls rather wait for him to change that behavior without telling him.

I'm just picturing the conversation between Standard-Fare and her guy - "come on love, just a quick one before I become a ninth level elf..."
