If they don't wish me a happy birthday then they won't care if they get one from me.

 

Especially since the guy she left me for has the same birthday as me.

Nope, forget me, I forget you. Plain and simple. If she didn't wish you a happy birthday then she's not thinking about you and will get under your skin if you send her a happy birthday. But if you want to swallow your pride, send it but don't respond to her response...if she's nice enough to reply with a thank you.
