ThaWholigan Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Honestly, though I rag about PUA stuff, I don't care about what people do to try to have a better time with the opposite sex. It's like "The Rules" was for women. I think it's lame, but if it leads somebody to a good place, then it's okay by me. It's the negative, ugly stuff like trying to "prey on her insecurity," and the positioning of the whole construct of dating as "us vs. them" with clear cut winners and losers (the winners being a guy who tricked a woman into having sex with him, and the loser being the woman who had sex) that makes me cringe. As I said, I'm not in favor of manipulation and dishonesty to get what you want in any area of life, regardless of gender. It's only lame to people who don't need it lol. I find that people who rag on PUA are people who have no trouble getting dates and can't figure out why someone may need help in this way. I agree with you though about everything else, when they turn it into some kind of battle then it does become pretty horrible. It's imperative to remember that it is not just about "getting laid". It is about having an enriching social life and being able to date women and have a good time.

Instead of thinking of it as a war, think of it as a game. Most women actually like being "tricked". That's why women put up last minute "token resistance" (expecting men to overcome it) and look for excuses that make it seem like "one thing lead to another" and "it just happened". Men you call players know how to play the "woman game". They know what women want to be told and they know how to provide the right excuse (one that would allow a woman to maintain plausible deniability).

nofool4u Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Real players don't come on Loveshack to ask questions like these. LOL Correct They come on LS in hopes to have some woman take the bait for an internet hookup. Why else would anyone who likes sleeping with other men's wives/gfs, and professes to not want a relationship come here?

I just come here to look and see other perspectives on things. This threads was to get opinion on the subject nothing else.
nofool4u Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 (edited) Lol I prefer doing that in real life not on net. You still at it lol. At what? Did I mention your name? I just come here to look and see other perspectives on things. This threads was to get opinion on the subject nothing else. I was talking about why a player in general would come to this site. Feeling guilty or something? Because I didn't refer to you. The description that I wrote denotes a player in general. If you fit that description, well what can I say.
