fificremefarben Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 I've posted this a dozen times already I'm sure about my ex and how he sent me a text msg after breaking up with me (after 4 years) to admit that he'd actually left me for another woman. I asked to meet up cos I obv had questions for closure but he simply said "we have nothing to talk about" and has since cut me out of his life entirely and moved away. I can't understand the cut and run (I heard someone refer to it as this and I liked it). How can you have so little respect for the person that you were with for so long to just run away and not offer any closure. Looking to hear other LoveShackers' experiences with the cut and run. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone out there. No hate please, it's the season of goodwill

I left a girl for another girl... And I did the 'cut and run' (as you said it) thing... Why I can't face the girl that I left..? Guilt... I feel that I had hurt her and I can't really face her... But at that time, there is no more romantic feeling towards her... I think it's good that your ex did not contact you anymore or string you along... It will help you move on easier...

I was the only dad they knew. They are just selfish individuals with low self esteem and no heart.. It hurts just to be left for dead with no concern. lolita jade Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 I have a long time ago, gone round to his house and he was all packed up and moved out. I was devastated I didnt see it coming. He had moved away to GIGS. He wanted me back after about 6 months when I found another boyfriend. I was only young though.
