lilyblue Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I need some ideas. What I'd like to do and what I am doing are two very different things.
Bazamu Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Don't drink or go watch a movie, Its depressing haha. When I am like this I don't like sitting down. I want to fast forward, so I can forget faster. Heading out to a club is where I am going with a friend. Probably won't be that enjoyable, but hey, its better than nothing
esteem-jam Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) I got some money, Im planning to go to other town (80km away) shopping tomorrow. Sadly my budget is always low, otherwise I would do it weekly ^^ Edited December 2, 2011 by esteem-jam more
Million.to.1 Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I just took my parents dog for a walk. I'm getting out in the garden shortly as I've neglected it off late... And it's a nice day. Going to a BBQ later tonight with a friend couple and their 1 yr old. Tomorrow I am going to sort through some stuff and work out what i can list online to sell. Take the photos etc. Then i might take my friend to the movies in the evening.
lymtal1 Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 sat - gym early early, golf after that, play, dinner and drinks in the evening. sun - gym again, golf again. chilli cookoff evening golf takes about five hours and makes me focus a bunch. hence takes my mind off her and it. took me time to be able to play again, but now it is my place that helps. all should try it. hardest game ever invented:)
PinkPunkCosmo Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 am actually picking up some fun activities such as a sport, i am taking up archery at college (random i know haha) can't wait to start i am so excited its on the weekends I'll try to take up other activities too and study and work i want to make myself extra busy so i won't even have time to think about my heartache, instead i would be so tired at the end of the day and just go to bed to wake up and do it all over again haha.
Author lilyblue Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Thanks for everyone's responses. That's interesting about golf. My ex played a LOT of golf, which he picked up after his divorce (he had played before but maybe only once or twice a year, this past summer it was one or more times a week). I wonder if he picked it up because of similar reasons. Wait - that was way off topic and exactly the opposite goal of this thread!! Oh how easily it circles back... Hope everyone is having a good weekend.
