Hi guys!

Ive just found out my new boyfriend got asked out on a date from a girl who is friends with his sister.

He told me about it, which is great, but ever since he has had a spring in his step and today he got a text from her saying she had got his number from his sister and wanted to know if he had thought any more about their date!!!!

He told me he'd delete it without replying, but i read his text this morning and he replied. "you cheered me up today"

What should I think? its driving me crazy! this has happend before and i dont know what to do!!

Hi,

Be proud that you have a cute bf that other girls want to date.

And if it makes him feel happy then that is a good thing.

After all, you are the gf and he is not keeping this a secret.

No need to be concerned.

Kinda weird, but I wouldn't be too worried unless he actually went out with her. More history/info would probably shed more light...

Great thing he told you about it, but IMHO he lied to you when he messaged her. Responding to her like that is just going to encourage her. It does not sound like he is trying to ward her off properly, maybe he is gonna try to keep her on the back burner :(

I would not appreciate this behavior in a Significant Other personally.

If he can't be 100% honest with you and also can't state for the record to her that he is with you and doesn't need or want to date her,he should be your old boyfriend!

You shouldn't have to sit around worrying that he's in the verge of leaving/cheating on you!

Respect yourself and the world will follow suit!
