hi everyone.with reference to my post."i need closure how do i get it.." i need some advice...i woke up this morning with great feelings of anger/rage for some reason.i keep getting feelings of deep seeded anger/hatred when my ex pops in my head and i think what she did to me...im normally a very calm person and dont let my emotions get to me..i snapped at 2 of my staff today which was wrong...im concerned this is starting to eat at me .does anyone have advice on how to process these feelings or if they had similar feelings how did get through it

 

It's ok to feel anger especially when you've been done so wrong!! You will go from anger and hatred to acceptance to denial then back to anger again.

 

There is no step by step process. Look into getting professional help if you feel you need to,, it does help.

 

We all go thru these various stages, a few days ago I was feeling so good then I got really pissed off at her,, called her every name in the book!

 

Let it out,, get it out of your system!!!
