Just..talk to her..like how we used to when we were in high school. We were together for three years and broken up for almost a year and a half. She got into a relationship with an older guy right after, he's a drug dealer and has a lot of money + a condo and great connections and I'm sure she's no where near the same person she used to be but for some reason I just want to talk to her.

Anyone ever feel the same about their exes?

All the time. We've been broken up now for about 6 months or so but still stayed in contact. Now she's dating a guy who is honestly a much better fit for her than I was and now I don't hear from her anymore and it kind of bothers me a lot. I just want to be able to talk to her because I want to smooth everything over between us as I feel there is unfinished business, but what can I do really?

I do, from time to time, with some of my exes, and not others. Some I honestly never think about; others were good friends, and I miss the fun, gentle, friendly times.

Yeah im the same, just to talk to them because we shared a long life together.

Try writing a journal as if your talking to them, i find it helps xx

Your ex is with a drug dealer??

I bet you feel like rescuing her??

You can't..............Not until the honeymoon period is over, then maybe?

You need NC. It is reverse psycology. We love what we can't have. We all hate needy people but don't see this when we are acting needy.

Give it time.
