Short version: Met a guy on Halloween, fell in lust, made plans to meet, but have cancelled more than three times already.

Long version: Met a guy on Halloween, fell in love with his cologne ( Platinum, Chanel) and gave him my number. We have been in contact since, and have even made plans but each time we decide to meet up, one of us has to cancel. The first time, I invited him to my birthday party in the city, but he cancelled due to him being tired. Understandable, and neither was I mad. Second time, made plans for Thursday, Ladies' Night in the city, however I had to cancel due to myself having caught the flu. The third time, I had to workfor Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

I'm surprised he still wants to meet me at this point.

Where is this post going? I don't know whether I want to even bother with him anymore. It seems there are obstacles everytime we try to get together, be it him or I, and we've barely even sat down to have a proper conversation ( The night we met, we were both in costume)

Not to mention I'm wary that I might literally be wasting my time with him. He's a pretty boy and from the minimal conversations I've had with him through text, he seemed egocentric.

But I will say he has tried to get me to open up to him. He has asked the necessary questions about my family, my friends and my life. Yet, he doesn't stop with the names- cutie, babe.etc ( case in point. any guy who uses baby names instead of the actual name, may in fact have never really remembered the girls name in the first place) and it was even more obvious when he replied with the wrong name.

Yay or nay, I made plans to finally meet him this Wednesday ( if my schedule permits). But I think I'm in for a long, long night.
