I'm never hearing from him/her again" after a break-up because it was kind of messy, feelings were crushed and one ignored the other or you went NC but then they got back in touch with you out of the blue some months later? (when their minds are clearer, they miss you, they realise what they really want etc.) I'd just like some stories and opinions please
Mallow Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 I left my ex of 5 years. For the first 1-2 months we went into immediate NC. I had no interest in having him back in my life or contacting him in anyway. A month and a half later he began to message me. I had moved on prior to leaving him, so I had responded in a friendly mannor wishing him well, afterwards reminding him to keep to NC. He had not been over me at the time, and was finding any random excuse to keep in contact with me. I decided to shut down contact with him after this. The last time he contacted me was in a negative way, he was going through anger. This was over a month ago. I have not heard from him since, and hope not to. Ex's do come back every now and then.

For those 12 days before the move I stayed at family and friends, and kept LC. 4 days after I had moved I was on the phone with my mom, shooting the ****, when my other lined beeped... low and behold it was my ex. He called to ask if I had cable yet... which I didn't. He asked me if I wanted to go over to his place to watch hockey (my two favorite teams were playing). Since then he has played some mind games, oftering things, winking at me, giving me unwarranted hugs.. etc. Nothing has so far come from it though. I am not holding my breath... moving on.

We saw each other 5 weeks and then she stopped seeing me. 7 months later she came back to me but quickly stopped seeing me after a week. 7 years later out of the blue she shows up but again quickly stops seeing me not even a week. 6 months later she's back again but yep you guessed it for about a week. Who knows when she'll show up out of the blue again. [/sIZE]
