Feelin Frisky Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Oh Frisky.....but it is. Touching a woman's tits and her nether regions is cheating. And he probably got head too while he was at it. I'm sure he just omitted that part of the hour long private dance. That's usually what happens. OP wasn't wrong in allowing him to go to a strip club. He just went too far with it. He could have just gotten a lap dance and called it a night. Instead he took it further and got what he got. He's a dog. I would not be happy. I will give him credit though for admitting what he did. Most men would not even do that. We'll have to agree to disagree on this point. Touching a woman in that setting is fundamentally not the same as touching a woman in that way in most other settings. And not true that he probably got head. My nephew was visiting here a few weeks ago and talked about his forays into strip clubs in Vegas. He said he said spent $700 one night on lap dances. He advised me that, at least where he went, there was no option to buy real sex but it can be bought--it's very expensive in the town where separating people from their money is priority numero uno. But anyway, in no way was I condoning what he did and would never do that myself. I just thought the previous posters were a tad heavy-handed in their reactions and wanted to give a balancing opinion. It's not "cheating" because it's not based on personal attraction--it's based on a transaction of funds and then it's over and it's being done in a place where this is the nature of things. The OP need be cognizant of her "permissions" to be involved with this nonsense at all. If she had been a lot more negative on the idea, perhaps that would have made the difference. Perhaps not but it's never a good idea to "roll the dice" on this kind of thing if one is the jealous type.
ShannonMI Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 That would be a dealbreaker for me. I don't think you're overreacting at all. It's one thing to go to a strip club for a bachelor's party, but to pay for lap dances and feel up other women while engaged is a level of disrespect for your relationship that I would be livid about. I think I'd tell my fiance that he is obviously not mature enough to be getting married at this point, and that we need a break to rethink our relationship. And you know the guy got his dick sucked too while he was at it. He just failed to mention that to his girlfriend. That's what happens with the "private champagne room" bulls*t. It's disgusting.
Disenchantedly Yours Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 You don't quite understand the male psyche and why they celebrate the way they do at a Bachelor's Party, and what it is they are celebrating. Your response made that much clear. Then explain it. Why are the celebrating that way at Bachelor parties? And what is it that they are celebrating?
Disenchantedly Yours Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 ShannonMI Have you ever been to a male strip show? The women act like ANIMALS!! Far from how men act at titty bars. Most men just throw their dollars and whistle a bit. Yeah, I was. The women do a lot of woophing and hollaring and a lot of laughing and there isn't a heck of a lot of sexual tension. Most women aren't turned on by male strip shows. Most men are turned on by female strip shows. There are about 15 female strip joints to 1 for women.

And this guy got to cop plenty of feels I'm sure. You dont' think he was attracted to these hos? If he wasn't he wouldn't have paid to get grinded on and he would not have handled them. The STRIPPER may not have been attracted to the boyfiend, but I'm sure boyfriend's dick was harder then a rock. Not cool. I would be beyond pissed if my man did this. I think the OP was just trying to be cool with it because she didn't think her man would take it as far as he did, but she got burned. I feel bad for her.

I don't understand why a girlfriend/fiance/wife is supposed to be ok with it if her man has a nearly naked woman gyrating in his lap, and why it is supposed to be ok for a guy to feel her up...just because he is PAYING for the pleasure. If it's not ok if it's free...some girl he met in a bar or whatever...why is it ok just because he pays her?
the wizard Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Generally speaking, when it comes to attraction, women are a bit more out of control. Women like to touch, grab, and grope. They do it all the time. Laugh, lean forward and slide their hand down my chest. Say bye and grab my bicep. Say bye and grab my trapezius muscle then let their hand fall down my upper chest. Women are worse than men. And I'm not even mentioning when I'm on the beach shirtless. Forget about it. My ass gets grabbed more than a virgin boy's penis at a Star Trek porn convention.
Negative Nancy Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 The fact is more men are spending time at strip clubs then anything most women are doing. Most women aren't even turned on by gyrating grease monkies. exactly. that's why many men are okay with their gfs going to male strip clubs because male sexuality is not threatened the same way female sexuality is. but suggest that their gfs should be doing some innocent stripping with no touching or that they should post some naked erotic pictures online so they can enjoy male attention and compliments, and watch how all hell would break loose for these same men. that is because male and female sexuality operate differently - men enjoy looking at women, women enjoy being looked at. hence men are like "why is she threatened by strip clubs, it's just looking!" (even tho it wasn't in the OP's case, but let's just run with it for the sake of argument) and women are like "why is he so pissed about me doing some innocent naked pictures, no man's ever gonna touch me, they're just looking!" see hoe it is the same in both cases, yet men and women feel threatened in a different way by it? so why is it that women are always expected to be "understanding" about shady male behavior, yet women expressing THEIR sexuality in THEIR way it's wrong? men are such hypocrites, seriously. i mean, in the other thread that guy there said that women are expected to control their sexual behavior. so why isn't the same said to men that go to strip clubs? shouldn't they "control their behavior" too? but no, all of a sudden you don't hear anything about "self-control" anymore cos it's men and "boys will be boys", after all. women should use that same line on their SOs next time they're cranky and bitchy on PMS, they should tell 'em "girls will be girls, just suck it up, it's our hormones, not our fault".
KathyM Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 And you know the guy got his dick sucked too while he was at it. He just failed to mention that to his girlfriend. That's what happens with the "private champagne room" bulls*t. It's disgusting. Yeah, it was probably more than just touching the stripper. Men are so dumb sometimes, how they'll risk their relationships for some stupid fooling around.
ShannonMI Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Then explain it. Why are the celebrating that way at Bachelor parties? And what is it that they are celebrating? They are celebrating the fact the bachelor is no longer a bachelor and will be getting married. It's the end of being single. I think it's pretty gross that they have to go to such extremes to say goodbye to the single life. It's one thing to go to a titty bar and get a lap dance, but when they are groping and getting head, it's just too much.
the wizard Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Dude was having harmless fun. Didn't do anything wrong, smh.
norajane Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 It's not "cheating" because it's not based on personal attraction--it's based on a transaction of funds and then it's over and it's being done in a place where this is the nature of things. I don't understand this logic. This implies that it wouldn't be cheating if he ****s a prostitute in a whorehouse.

I'm sorry but I fail to see the link between truly celebrating the committed state of a man and woman by that man and his friends visiting with naked women. I don't think bachelor parties have anything to do with celebrating a partner's impending marriage. I think men use it an excuse to disrespect their relationship with their partners to get some titty time with other women. And its simply about then anything about him really being excited about his marriage to his woman.
the wizard Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Are you a stripper? Hahahahahaha women act ri-goddamn-diculous around male strippers. I've seen it. It's laughable. I've been told by many women I should infact, be a male stripper. Maybe one of these days you'll see a photo.
ShannonMI Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 my god, and i thought up until this point that you were one of the cool, really level-headed, rational ppl on this board... you do realize that with your very same argument a man fffing a prostitute can be justified as well? it's just based on transactions of funds and then it's over and done in a place where this is the nature of things (brothel).... i mean what the F... Frisky is very level headed. That's why I heart him:love: but I disagree in a big way with his view on this. The hookers and strippers may not be attracted to the men they f*ck and dance for, but you know the men are attracted to them. Why else would they spend hundreds or even thousands on them? It's not just about money either. It's about getting their dicks hard and wet even.
Elysian Powder Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 I don't understand this logic. This implies that it wouldn't be cheating if he ****s a prostitute in a whorehouse. Because it's not cheating. it was a financial transaction. No feelings attached.
the wizard Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 You women are failing to realize the nature of the situation and the celebratory reasons why men go to strippers/strip clubs for such an occasion. :/

Negative Nancy Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Because it's not cheating. it was a financial transaction. No feelings attached. yeah, so is going to a prostitute.
Elysian Powder Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 yeah, so is going to a prostitute. indeed, and it'll always be a blooming biz.

And its simply about then anything about him really being excited about his marriage to his woman. I know girl, believe me. It's all a bunch of bullsh*t, but that's how they justify it. "Well I'm going to have a ball and chain for the rest of my life and she'll be the only chick I bone, so I gotta have one last hoorah." That's it in a nutshell. They have to get their last philandering moment in. Most groomsmen don't grope and get head from strippers though. I'm sure a fair amount do, but it's not common. It's just more about looking at some naked hos one last time. It makes sense, but I don't completely agree with it. Looking is one thing. Touching and allowing someone to touch you is quite another.
ShannonMI Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 I've been told by many women I should infact, be a male stripper. Maybe one of these days you'll see a photo. Oh God. I bet you are something else. Or you wouldn't feel the need to brag. Post a pic.
ShannonMI Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Because it's not cheating. it was a financial transaction. No feelings attached. Yeah no feelings except a dude's hands FEELING on a stripper's tits and ass and strippers lips FEELING on a dude's schlong. I can't deal!! I would be so mad at my man if he did that.
