twinkles Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 To gain access to my party you must get up off your chair and dance like an idiot (noone is watching) to these songs. Guaranteed to make you feel better...or at least take your mind off your misery. Please feel free to add to the list but under no circumstances do I want any sappy depressing love songs.
Author twinkles Posted November 24, 2011 Author Posted November 24, 2011 you young ones might not know these ones but they work

Author twinkles Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 good on you lolita..change the message change the feelings.
lolita jade Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 Maybe you have to get to a certain stage in your break up to be positive enough to think the way we do twinkles. They are really uplifting songs though and I do encourage people to listen and sing/ dance. Especially like the Ce Lo Green one
Author twinkles Posted November 25, 2011 Author Posted November 25, 2011 It's harder for the younger ones because they just haven't experienced enough yet. If they only knew how much more crap they'll have to deal with. I think they'll laugh about it when they get older. I know I do. The world doesn't end it goes on and on and on. You just get back on the ride.
BardoPond Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 This is a great idea for a thread. I don't even really like the music you put up normally but that cee lo green song was actually really good. That's one of my songs at the minute. The other is coconut by Harry Nilsson but I don't really think that has much to do with this thread. Life is always better when you've got something good to listen to.
lolita jade Posted November 25, 2011 Posted November 25, 2011 When I was younger I was devastated at the time of a break up but life went on and I was out with my friends and having a great time. And thinking about all the other boys I could go out with. It was the dating game. Yes I laugh at my experiences Is life just harder now? So much pressure is put on younger people to suceed in education. Houses are impossible to buy for them, jobs are hard to come by, debt is sooo easy to get into???? Not much is carefree anymore. Still we have two choices. Sink or swim???? And I am not sinking for any guy. Life goes on and on. YOU ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE. Love the Faces Bardot. Am a real fan of that naughty Ronnie Wood, even though he is now in his 70's lol.
lolita jade Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Found another great feelgood song Happy singing and dancing all
