For instance, he says he was "rolled in by his buddies"' and then started getting interest from women. I find it hard to believe that a guy that fat is going to find it that easy to score. It just doesn't make sense. Also he mentions she kept eating ****. If that was true, she would soon be sick and her breath would be unbearable. It doesn't seem likely that could lead to a night of romance. I would expect a med student to understand that. I'm having my doubts about that part as well.

Well, I'm male, I currently have a girlfriend, and I'm not lying. I'm not that great looking, but not too bad. Maybe I could've had more sex over the years by telling lies (I'm guessing that "yes, I'm single" would've been a good one), but it isn't necessary to be a liar to be able to have sex or a relationship.
