effee Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 I cant help it..everytime i hear a song remotely close to love i start to tear and remember my ex..we've been together for only a short while, 2 months and its been a month and a half since we broke up..but i still feel so hurt whenever i think of her(she 2 timed me) i havent got over it, though i've made progress.. today i heard rhythm to the falling rain, and what really stuck out was the words " the only girl i loved has gone away" really, she was the only one i loved, i was so true to her..why did she have to go...
magda Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 Well, for starters I think you should avoid laying around listening to sappy music. You need to get to the next stage where you're thinking "that bitch! she don't know a good thing if it slaps her in the face!" You really need to switch from love songs to rock, man.
RackEmUp Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 "Alone Again Naturally", by Gilbert O'Sullivan. It's an oldie that will have your tears falling like rain. Play it on an endless loop until you get sick of crying, then go do something else.
dudesomewhere Posted May 24, 2004 Posted May 24, 2004 she cheated...twice...that alone should be the factor that makes it easy to get over... but if you like crying and being a sissy...as I oftentimes do ...the ole gilbert osullivan song works...one of my favs. A new time favorite that will have you completely obliterated is John Mayer's Comfortable. ah, to be annihilated utterly but you get to rebuild psycologically after
