b_80_h Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Hey everyone So, my post here is to ask a little question of the fine folks of this forum. What advice would you give someone looking to increase their overall attractiveness? Alright, here's some context. I'm a 19 year old college student who flopped out of a university, and I'm taking a year at the local CC to build my GPA up for a return. I played for the football team at the school, but a combination of injuries and personal stuff led to me losing the shape I was in. I'm about 6 foot 3, and I'm a decent sized guy. I've got some kind of rugged good looks (others' opinions, not mine), and I try not to dress and groom poorly. I've got a decent sense of humor, and I'm a classic nice guy. You could bring me home to your mother, and she might be proud (Parents love me for some reason) I know that physical attractiveness is totally objective. I'm sure some people could look at a photo of me and feel sudden, uncontrollable sexual desire. Others might vomit slightly in their mouth. There's a broad scope of possibilities. The thing I'm asking about is attitude and perception. I recently recovered from a really rough break up, so I was emotionally unavailable for quite a while. I've spent the last few weeks making some big changes and becoming happy with myself again. I'm still a work in progress physically, so I'm trying to find a way to get my charm back while I wait for the body to rebound. I used to be able to charm the pants off of anyone (Figure of speech; I'm not meaning this literally), and I'm trying to bring that back in some degree. From your experience, esteemed forum members, how would you suggest I go about this? I'd love any and all feedback.

Author b_80_h Posted November 18, 2011 Author Posted November 18, 2011 Good stuff. Any other advice? I'm trying to get a body of stuff to look over, and I'll take all the help I can get... lol
classinus Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Attractiveness is both physical and mental right? If you want to charm girls, take a wine class, learn a foreign language, volunteer. On the physical side, dress well at all times. Keep yourself groomed and clean. Get a facial, keep your nails trimmed. These little things matter for those around you scoping you out. If you have money, flaunt it a little...

My only concern is, does this apply with most age groups? lol Also of note, I'm broke. Stupid college...
