Leegh Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 A friend recently divorced (her husband wanted the divorce), and she is moving to FL from the northeast, as she says it will be easier to cope in better weather. She does not have a financial problem and can afford the move, but is heartbroken over the divorce. I think living in a better weather climate such as FL, AZ or CA can help with grief, if one can afford to move. Does anyone have an opinion on this subject?
classinus Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Sure why not. Warm weather can be good but sometime you need familiar surroundings to get you through stuff. If she makes friends easily then I say go for it.

She's moving to the city where she went to college so it should be familiar.
