My friend and I are so goofy and silly we just don't know what to do. The guys we interact seem to act like they are so serious, all the time! I'm trying to be a less silly, giggling girl but why would you ever want to be stern, old hag. I mean someone made a sex joke and my friend and I were rolling on the floor, feeding off each other's energy. I mean we're silly!! What gives? Is this unattractive?

Yes and very tiring to deal with

depends on how you define silly.

Can't speak for all men but I do like a woman who can be silly, fun, and enjoy life while being able to be serious when need be.

Wait which question does this go to?

Okay, so, my friend told this guy I like, she's like, "Are you going to such and such dance?" And he's like "no. I think I'm going to study." So, then she said, "Well, if you don't go, there's going to be someone REALLY disappointed." And he looked at her surprised, but then she said, "Not me!! Someone else!" He didn't say anything after that.

Oh man, I was so glad she said that to him! When she told me the story, we giggled together. The thing is, I bet he wouldn't get it was me because I don't know what to do when I'm around him. I just like avoid him and stuff

"Is this unattractive?"

You are obviously very young but you will need to learn how to act a little cooler. It's tiring to deal with giggling and not being able to have a proper conversation with the person. If you don't giggle all the time but try to pick appropriate times, it doesn't make you too serious, it just makes you look more mature.

No,no, no. My friend and I have no excuse. My friend is about to be 30 and I'm 22. We have no excuse of young age.

And my friend is so pretty, but I have found Asian women are so silly! They always end up approaching me to be friends, and it's a match made in heaven.

The thing is, conversations are so f*** fast. Like how the hell do you think of something to say that got darn fast. Like when I'm in class, I can think, and it takes me like 30 seconds to say something, but in a conversation if you wait 30 seconds you will miss the topic!!!

So, a guy is like "Do you like such and such." And I'll be like, "Yep." And then I'm done. But if he asks me something deeper, I'll be like, dot dot dot dot dot dot, all the way until 5 minutes later, and then I'll say something.

Good, than the OP must accept that most ppl don't find that attractive.

First of all, this is just not true. Have you ever seen a single valley girl? No. Valley girls always get men. You know who don't get men, if I start talking like this

"The quantum dynamics of spiritual mate procreation is intrinsically and inherently peculiar to the human species. Human specimen are complex and whimsical, doting on ephermeral and superficial patterns, qualifying the innate procedural bounds of marriagedom..." (i just made this)

I mean, thanks Great expectations author but I'm trying to get a guy not put him to sleep.

I know though I keep telling people that men actuallly like women with deep voices, so I keep trying to lower my voice and be like, "ooh yeah. That Chemistry class is so harrddd mmm hmmm. I need a little he elp." A guy would be like "This freak."

Giggling at everything is incredibly annoying. I had a girlfriend that would burst out laughing at every movie we watched, no matter how serious. It didn't matter if it was Alien or Das Boot, everything was unintentionally funny for her.

Goofy and silly is fine though, as long as it's not all day long. Like this:

:lmao: at your girlfriend! What a hoot! Yeah, that's too bad. I was really enjoying Twilight one day, in the throes of forbidden love, and a girlfriend of mine burst out laughing at the love scene! Just spoilled the whole movie! I'm like come on!

I think many women are as silly as Jenna Marbles; and she's pretty too.

My Asian friend and I went to the gym and we ended up doing yoga in the midde of the weight room. So we were down on the floor, and my friend's like "push your butt up and down and up and down." And I tried but it couldn't go up any higher dammit, I looked like I was doing the snake on all fours. So then she tried to help me push my butt up! lol She came over and tickled my stomach to push my butt up but I'm really ticklish so I fell over. That's what great about being a girl, though, you and your friends.

Here's the problem with the "I'm a silly girl" thing.

When you say that, this is what a guy pictures . . .

And in reality, you look like this . . .
