Kelebek Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 Aaaaah you guys, help me calm my nerves. My boyfriend has asked me over to his house this Friday, slipping into the same sentence that his mum is away for the weekend. He just lives with his brother and his mum so I'm assuming his brother will be out aswell as he usually is. I'll see him on Wednesday and Thursday night when we're both working, so that'll probably calm me down a bit....aswell as making me more nervous We're a brand new couple, only been together just over a month but we've been friends for longer than that, and I dunno - it just feels right. I know I wouldn't regret this (I hope) and he doesn't show any signs of leaving me anytime soon, so I know he isn't in it just for that. I hope, hehe. We've been on quite a few dates for the short time we've been together, nothing too intense but I've seen him at least 2/3 times a week, it's lovely. But since it's always in public, we haven't done anything more than kiss. So I thought maybe going over to his house will be purely innocent, simply our first date *inside* ...but considering his house is empty and we're both adults (I'm 18 but feel like a kid lol and he's 22) well I think it's kind of obvious that it's going through both of our minds. He's working til 11.30pm, so I'll be going over AFTER that....(dunno what the heck I'll tell my parents, lol.) I mean, it's going through mine that we might/probably will sleep together this Friday and if it's going through mine then no doubt it's crossed his because he's the guy, don't you guys think of stuff like that all the time?? Then the nerves kick in - what if he thinks my body is horrible with no clothes on what if he thinks I'm rubbish in bed (I'm not a virgin but still, you know, paranoia kicks in!) etc etc...I'm not naive enough to hope it'll be perfect, but I want us to enjoy it and have fun...what if it does the opposite and it's so awful that it splits us up???? I know it sounds daft, but it's what I'm thinking. Does anyone else think like this?? And what do people think he's got in his mind for Friday? Oh I'm so nervous. I really like this guy.
Bohdi10 Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 It seems like that might be what the plan is to do, since you will be going over there so late. And Yes guys do think of that all the time. Haha. I don't really know too many guys who are going to be like that sucked, I'm not going to do that again. And you will never know until you actually try. What if you aren't compatible in that way. You dont' want to wait and find out years down the road. But I'm sure you'll be fine
Author Kelebek Posted May 23, 2004 Author Posted May 23, 2004 Thanks Bohdi!! That made me grin, hehe. I guess you're right, he's not going to think it sucked cos it's not often that a man isn't *ahem* satisfied. And I'm glad you also think that's what he's thinking - I'm getting quite excited now lol. Cheers Bohdi, you've cleared things up a bit for me! Wish me luck!!
