After getting some communication from her after months of nothing I decided to see how she felt about having lunch or something over the weekend to catch up. She said that she could probably do that. I text her on Friday and asked what she was up to and she said "I'm taking my niece to the lake but that's it." I wanted the ball to be in her court so there wasn't any pressure so I told her to give me a call after her niece was satisfied with the amount of fun she had had and she replied "okie dokie." ...That was the last I heard from her. I haven't and am not gonna contact her, just wondering out loud why even bother sayin' okay in the first place or if she had second thoughts, jus blew me off... ...I guess I don't have a real question but feel free to post thoughts, I am curious to opinions. Thanks all.
leoc1973 Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Did you start seeing someone? Was she just checking to see if you were? I am thinking she might have been wondering if you were slipping away for good and decided to "check up" on you. My ex does that to me all the time I sometimes think she is out having her fun and pushing me as far as she can before she decides ok I will go back to mr safe guy. Little does she know I am done for good! Maybe she is testing you? do not call her, do not!!!
