I know from past experience that NC is the best way to move and heal. But god I want to call him! lol I'm doing all sorts of things to distract myself but I'm getting more and more tempted. Maybe being on LS is making me think about it too much, but at least if I'm typing away on here I'm not reaching for the phone. 5 1/2 weeks NC. I can do this! (1 1/2 weeks without smoking too - I'm slightly going crazy here) How do you guys distract yourself when you're tempted?
Doona Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 I try go for a run when I feel like I'm going a bit crazy and really want to call him. It clears my mind and by the time I get home the urge has gone. Well done for quitting smoking, I need to do the same.

The gym is a very social place and I can let out my emotions while lifting, I set a goal to graduate next year with my BA @ a 3.7 GPA or higher so I have been cracking down to make up for slacking off in the past. Aside from that I do go crazy at times but I will text friends or play a few games on my phone... Never 100% distracted but any distraction helps
