For those who keep getting tempted and then hurt more , and want to go heavy ..... here's how to block yourself from facebook . 1. Download Bluecoat K9 Web Protection ( its free just google it ) - use your real email - they will send you a link 2. When you are asked to create a password type down a totally random set of numbers and letters . Make sure you write it down because you need to enter it a few times during set up and the point is to forget it . 3. Once you've completed the set up and entered your own setting preferences then close the program and throw out the piece of paper . DONE . It seems that fb checking refuels so much pain and hurt , this is for those who want to eliminate the temptation . Yes I know you can prob get the password from the company but by the time you get around to that hopefully the desire will have deminished . Cheers all .
