I've been with my man for 2 years now, we've lived together for one year. I know he's the one for me and I know he feels the same . Recently all of my friends are getting married and I've been feeling the pressure and need to get hitched or at least engaged. How can I drop little hints of wanting to get married?

What about openly and honestly discussing the issue of marriage with him, and see how he feels about it all?

"Because friends are doing it" is a good reason to try heroin maybe, but certainly not to enter into a marriage contract--You need to isolate the reasons that marriage is important to you, and communicate that to your partner.

How about really finding out if you wanna do it first?!? Jeez!

Nice avatar, Curly! Any resemblance to the real you?

If I say I do, you won't quite believe it. If I day I don't you'll be dissapointed.

But I did chose it as my avatar and I am not lying  !!!!

Well, you are a ballerina, so I'll buy the body. Your nick is "Curly", so I'll buy the curly hair. I'll even accept that you have black/dark hair. I'll DEFINITELY accept that you're a gal :D

:eek: Shame on you Dyer! ;) there is no good reason to try an illegal and harmful drug! Bad Dyer, bad for using that analogy! :):bunny:

bk to london--- ASK HIM. Talk to him about marriage. I understand feeling left-out when all your friends are getting married, but you need to talk to him about it and find out his feelings. Don't be coy or play games. Be honest.

Hehe...I see what you mean, but I didn't mean it like that, not at all :)

I like women, so that's easy to accept. If everyone was a woman, I'd be a happy guy! :D
