For the last three days I haven't had much of an appetite. I've never had any eating disorders. I have, however, had stomach problems in the past which reduced my eating. I did have that checked out years ago & am fine now as far as feeling okay. But for me to have no appetite is quiet odd. I enjoy food greatly, not the type to glutton, I do manage what I eat. I work out on a regular basis so me not eating has cut out my workouts completely.

Sunday, I ate breakfast around 7:30 & didn't eat again until 4pm.

Monday, I ate breakfast @ 7am. I had no lunch (I forgot because I never got hungry). I had dinner around 6pm & practically forced myself to eat all my food.

Today, I only nibbled @ my breakfast & I again forced myself to eat lunch.

Now my stomach is making some very angry noises. I haven't been in pain. I'm not nervous about anything. I feel pretty good. I just don't understand why I have no appetite. Anyone have advice on what to do?

On a side note I have minor diarrhea but no vomiting. Could this be a stomach virus?

Can I ask you what the stomach issues are?

Because I have IBS, and I've dealt with stomach issues for pretty much all of my life.

It's possible that it is a stomach virus. It could also be a food allergy. It could be pretty much anything, from what you describe.

Please see your doctor.

At first, my doctor & I thought I had stomach ulcers. I had an ultrasound & no ulcers showed up on the test. I went to a specialist & he said it was probably a food allergy.

I've never had a food allergy that's given me poor appetite.
