I can ease the pain temporarily by dating other girls, but it doesnt cure it. We've been broken up for 9 months now, and she's been living with her current bf for a good while. This guy seems to have the things she wants. Beautiful house in her home town. I pray every single day over this, and nearly everyday I cry. Im an outgoing, happy person,It's not typical for me to cry. When we first broke up, it was my decision, and I comoforted her and dried her tears, 6 weeks later I regret my actions,but it was too late. Even if I cant be with her, getting the same treatment would mean such a big deal.
smudge21 Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Have you considered seeing a therapist mate, that's what I needed to do after 6 months and still feeling terrible. I still miss her, still want her, but I deal with it and accept it better, so each day gets a little bit easier. Things do get better, believe in that, but they take time.
69ways Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I miss her and love her and want her to be the mother of my children BUT when I stand in the mirror and see myself, 6 ft tall with nice features and wearing my uniform (Yes my line of work goes side by side with uniforms), then I say: I am worth so much, she does not appreciate me at all and she is the one with the issues not me. I just wanted to make the stupid cow happy. You see, breaking contact will result to one and only outcome: You getting hurt. Nothing more nothing less. Just look back and see how you feel. You feel this way because of her actions. Yes we all love them but they are cold and ignorant to us that they just not worth our time. If she wants you, SHE needs to put the effort, NOT you m8. At least yours is not calling you after 9 months to see if you are single and tells you that you are the one.....
