He went in 3 nights in a row last week and we chatted each time. I said bye to him once and he gave me a kiss, but it was only a peck since he was drunk and it was too sudden. He came in the next night and apologized for doing that. So we went out a few days ago on a date and afterwards he hugged me, no kiss. He also said I was hard to figure out at the end?? Not sure what he means by that. He's from the UK, is 34 and I'm 28. After the date he said he'd be keen on going on a bicycle ride with me and then texted the next morning saying it was perfect weather for cycling... so I responded and agreed and said we should go Sunday. Well no response and it's been 2 days. Last night he came into my work as I was talking to a group of men and he walks by and we make eye contact smile and he looks like he wanted to talk except I couldn't. So he passes by a couple minutes later while I'm still talking to the group of men then disappears and shows up a bit later, stands next to me and says hi. So I say hi back and smile then introduced him to a coworker and turned around as I was busy. At this point, I am mostly convinced he is uninterested. Why would he suggest we go cycling, then not respond to my text trying to set up the date, then come into my work again and say hi?

Try sending another one or the next time he comes in ask him about cycling Sunday.

They seem interested, then they suggest something, I reply, then they ignore me.
