Someone simply bedazzled by looks is thus often looked at as a fool who likes anything shiny and values nothing that isn't. But can a person's personality and actions not hide the same sins...? Again, not suggesting looks are more important, juat raising questions for discussion.

I'm now ~200lbs with an 8% BF, but I could do whatever I wanted to do with it, given motivation and time. Well, I couldn't grow taller. Every morning I eat sugarless yogurt, I make sure my diet is primarily lean protein and complex carbs, and I workout 5 - 7 times a week. Hard. And when I was 21 years old, I was 165lbs and probably 20% bodyfat. I'm not a genetic freak or anything. I just often find that people who complain about fit individuals (and I know you're not one of them) haven't - you know - put in the actual time that fit individuals have put in. As I edge into thirty, it's more and more necessary to watch what I eat, and that's what I'm doing. But yeah, if I were an actor paid to look good and be in shape, it'd be cake. And I'd have it and eat it, too.

But you said these girls instantly start to dislike you. What's that about I wonder? I doubt it's only because you might look like a cheater. Maybe you give off some sort of "creep" vibe that you aren't aware of. I think it's the timing. I agree while i appreciate beauty grown men and women who oggle over looks and value it as much as anything else seem vapid and dumb to me.. Once you hit a certain age must of us realize whats most important is having somebody who's gonna be by your side and there for you when your sick or down in the dumps and nobody else is..

Is it appearance, is it behavior, or something less tangible, such as confidence or charisma? You know what's the funny thing about this? I know there's a difference between hot and cute but I tend to just use the word cute with all guys I find attractive. If he has muscles and a good-looking face I'll be like "Wow he's soooo cute!!" it doesn't have to mean anything less.....I don't like being called cute though LOL I'd rather be called pretty.
