While I agree with almost every point you made in that other thread, we differ too much in terms of perspective to align. You have your reasons for going what works for you and I have my reasons for going what works for me.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic here. I've had some hours of sleep the last few days. I felt good yesterday and today. But if you're asking if I feel well rested, then no, since I haven't gotten a good night of sleep for pretty much a year now.
