A compliment.

Be careful, Onyx, you're going soft. j/k - It's ashame that Somedude81 and AHardsDayNight don't have the same level of self-respect. I think both men are quality men who would make fantastic partners for women. Yet neither man focuses on the positives, it's always the negatives with these two.

I agree that it's a shame and I do think you have the right mind-set :)

Being a virgin is irrelevant IMO heh... self-respect is priceless, merely getting laid is not near as valuable......

I spent the ages of 16-20, crying, listening to Morrissey, Ian Curtis, Kurt Cobain and Robert Smith - yearning for a woman, crying about being rejected, crying about being messed around by women, blaming women, blaming everybody but myself, looking for sympathy. I refuse to be that person, that's not the man I want to be. It's amazing the comfort that age and experience bring. If at 16 I knew what I knew today at 22, I would have been a lot better with women back then, but I might have never discovered The Cure, so I guess it was worth it just for that reason alone. :D

Lol, at least you can extract the good from the bad.

I was heavily into The Cure when I was a teenager --- I still like them of course, but admittedly it's been awhile since I've indulged in them (I used to loop the Same Deep Water As You for hours on end while painting my melancholy away :lmao:).
