9 months later..dated 7 different girls...still miss her..

I've been able to meet and date plenty of girls. Few of which completely took my mind of my ex to the point where I was hoping she'd never come back. Then the girl im dating will go cold, or we just mutually agree to not date anymore, and I'm back to missing my ex all over again. Each time this cycle happens, it intensifies the heartache. Each time it happens, I say to myself "ok another lesson learned maybe now the ex will come back". I met a girl a few nights ago, and have a date with her on thursday, and my heart is still so crushed. Im coming close to 60 days of NC. I dont get how she can just date one guy and be with him for 7 months now, while im on 7 in the same time span.

Because you're using these girls as band-aids. I think you should stop dating for a while. Spend some time being single and getting your emotions back in check first.

 

Regarding your ex, it's not a competition. Best to go NC so that you're not keeping tabs on her and are free to sort yourself out without being influenced by what she's doing.
