perfectlyflawed459 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 I am just wondering...I have been feeling better about letting go, but today is one of those days that I can't get him out of my head So I just thought I would ask
TheDovic Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 My aunt and uncle broke up before they were married, both started dating other people but after one year apart they ran into each other and their old feelings resurfaced. They got back together and have now been happily married for 20 years. Two of my best friends were dumped by their fiancee's (one for a few weeks, one for three months) but managed to get back together. Both couples are now happily married and live in the same street as me. Hopefully I'll have the same luck these guys had! Hope you do too!
EgoJoe Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 I didn't have a drop to drink during the long downhill and the actual breakup/post breakup, I have learned alot and grown exponentially. I kept my self-respect while being really mature about it to her while venting, reflecting and obsessing in private or with friends, family and new friends! Success!
Author perfectlyflawed459 Posted October 15, 2011 Author Posted October 15, 2011 Oh wow! TheDovic, that is amazing. I can only hope I have the same luck as well! That is very good for them I am glad they are happy now. Any others?
Author perfectlyflawed459 Posted October 16, 2011 Author Posted October 16, 2011 Not one of my best days. I was at work and I was doing fine, till I saw the girl that my ex is supposedly with. Seeing her just kind of brought back a lot of my emotions...ugh this is harder than I thought. I miss him so much and I HATE that he is kissing another girl, laughing with another girl, loving another girl...It just hurts
