I'm not sure how 'caring less about something' can be shown by 'being more eager to bang something'. Guys care less about WHOM they have sex with, for several reasons, most of which they don't realize, ie STD transmission being much higher penis-to-vagina instead of vice versa, and men having no risk of pregnancy.

 

Heck, some guys even have sex with a plastic doll, so I hope that doesn't necessarily mean that guys care less about a girlfriend being alive.
