The last couple of weekends, I've been outcompeted in getting the girl. It's depressing to even write this. This is going to be a bit confusing, so bear with me. OTOH, the girl has been attractive, but not so attractive that I felt strongly inclined to go after her hard. OTOH, I hate to lose, especially in situations like this. To summarize, a relatively attractive girl has approached me at social events the last two weekends. I was 100% they were looking for a hookup that day/night. The thing is, I'm used to dating really beautiful girls, and these girls, while attractive, were not exactly up to my standards. As a result, I didn't go after either with very much determination. Although these girls were much more attracted to me than the other guys, these other guys pursued each girl with much more determination, and signaled much stronger interest as a result. As a result, I "lost out" and another guy took her home, or at least left the party with her. Question 1: did these guys hook up with her, or did the girls blow them off? Will these girls sleep with guys they have only a middling to low level of interest in, strictly for the sex?

For one thing, an attractive man such as yourself who regularly dates "really beautiful women" wouldn't give a ***** about the "average" girls going home with some less attractive guy. For another thing, if you also take girls home regularly, then of course you know what happened. You aren't interested in her for anything more than sex anyways. Girls aren't like Pokemon; you can't catch them all. So go pursue another lay XP.
