dudesomewhere Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 let's say, 6 mos ago while doing some warehouse type work a 27" TV fell on my outstretched arm. If you can imagine, my arm is straight up in the air and the TV fell right down on it...jamming my arm against its socket and fragging me bad . TV weighs somewhere between 60-90 lbs. Now, question is, it hasn't seemed to heal completely but is better than before. But how badly damaged was/is my shoulder? Will it heal completely or is it likely I have some kind of perm injury that will never quite completely heal without surgery?
bluechocolate Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 Go to a doctor & a physiotherapist. I would think that a physio who is competent & professional would give you general advice over the internet but they would still want to see you & see x-rays before reaching any conclusion(s). If the injury happened at work then you should be covered(?).
