Well, it's 9 days since I found out my bf had been lying for the whole of our relationship. I DON'T want him back. I realise now that I deserve better but ..............

I still can't sleep properly, still feel shakey and tearful, still have a huge amount of anger and actually feel unwell physically. Is this normal? I really need to get back to me so I can function for my son.

Believe me! It's COMPLETELY normal. You could feel this way for a while. You are going to most likely experience the common symptoms of grief. What are they again?

  • Shock and disbelief

  • Sadness

  • Anger
  • Fear

  • Physical symptoms

Your mileage my vary! But overall and in time, it gets better !! :)

Thank you. I feel like I have the flu as well as being a complete mental case. 24 hours of no contact now and tomorrow I change my phone number so it will get easier.
