hi digger-i know its not good etiquette to respond to new threads within an exisiting thread, but...i do know that with yahoo accounts, the blocked recipient receives no notitification that he/she is being blocked. essentially, yahoo just zaps any email you try to send and the blockee never knows. sorry. hope things get better. as i've posted in other places here, sometimes it helps to just go through the motions of "moving on" even if you're really not. i read last night that having a goal of some sort is helpful too. as in, "i won't contact her until july 15th" or whatever. that way you can focus on other stuff in the meantime, like healing, and then when july 15th rolls around, you decide if you wanna still contact her or not.

I know of no existing email system which notifies of an address being blocked. I think that is exactly the "point", as if I have someone blocked, I do not want to let them know; I wouldn't want them trying to contact me from another address.

So to answer your question: You will receive no notification that you are blocked, just as you would receive no notification if you were blocked on AOL Instant Messenger, or similar services.

If she has blocked your emails, I would stop trying to contact her, as this is a clear sign that she wishes to have no communication with you. I suppose it would have been better for her to block you, or ignore your communication, without announcing that she blocked you.
