Well obviously if you're not open to it, it probably won't happen. People put up invisible fences when they don't want to be open to giving or receiving love. Also, people get True Love and Infatuation confused, usually because they become sex partners too soon(you know that, wow, that feels so good, must be love feeling). You will know when you are truly in love, no one will even need to explain the feeling, you'll just know.
