not having a good day today. don't feel depressed, just down. i want to get on with my life. i am doing things to move on, but i guess they are not happening quickly enough.

i do not want to see her, ever again. i don't want to accidentally run it to her, or even pass her by on the road. if she calls, i will not answer. if she texts, i will not answer. i just want to vanish from her life.

I no longer get grocers at the same place she went to. i will drive 10 miles the other direction.

I am pretty much convinced she has been cheating on me this past year, and with a co-worker for sure. The past 6 months she has been talking about him, and about their conversations, and they always have centered around sex. Then she has the audacity to tell me what they talk about, and even the size of his XXXXX. Then she says they just have fun at work. this is the same person she has been having "professional" dinners with at night.

"he's married" she says. he has kids. funny, his wife was never at these "professional" dinners. this chump was leaving, and was to take her with him. well, he left, and guess what, she is still there.

i don't know if she had an affair with him or not, i don't care. this past year has made me sick.

started out her texting some guy after we got engaged. then flirting with another person, although she says her behavior was not flirtatous. i don't know, making a b-line for this person, and then getting all giddy with him, i guess i am wrong.

making up all kinds of excuses why she can't come see me.

I just want to move on. i want the stitches taken out of my wounds.

We all have days like that, I still get them 6 months on. Continue labelling your ex as a cheater or whatever you can think of. I've done the same and it's done wonders in terms of healing (even though I still don't hate her). We'll all heal with time and discipline.

Me too dude! I'm having a pretty **** few days too and it sucks!!! PS, even talking to another guy about stuff like this is ridiculous, you're better off without her... you already know this though!

Don't indulge the word can't and keep your current attitude. We all go through these kinds of things.
