That's going to depend on the guy. I'm sure many younger guys would prefer the girl to wear something on the sexy side. Then again, a young guy that's highly religious and/or conservative might prefer a girl that dresses modestly. As for hair, I'm sure most guys have some kind of preference but this is going to vary a lot as well. To answer your question, bottom line, each guy is going to have different tastes so instead of worrying about what the guy you're going out with likes, just be yourself (wear the clothes your comfortable with, do your hair like you normally do) and hopefully the guy will like you for who you are.
