A month ago I was sitting in class talking to my friend and then noticed a girl walking in, she sat next to me didn't say a word, after a while I started talking to her, just small conversation and left it at that, class ended (this class I have with her is only once a week) no one said a word we just both left. Next time I saw her I totally ignored her, there was another guy sitting on the right side of her ( I was on her left side) and he kept talking to her, she didn't look interested, anyways class ends and she passes by me waves and smiles goodbye, I was a little shocked since I just ignored her and didn't even say a word to her why would she even smile and say goodbye to me. the next few days I email her from the school website asking if I could borrow her book, she replies and says yes with a at the very end. She brings her book then just leaves saying that she has to go buy some groceries with her friend that she was with. Of course I was a little disappointed because I really didn't even need the book I just thought it might be a good idea to drag her out and talk to her. Anyways last weeks class I thought id just finish it off, I waited for her outside of class once it was done and asked her what she was doing, she said she was invited to a dinner party with her friends, she then asked me the same question and I replied, going to get something to eat. I ask her what shes doing on the weekend she says that shes invited to a Birthday party, I told her if she had nothing else to do maybe I could take her out, (she recently moved here so she doesn't have a cellphone yet) so she gave me her email address (not the school one), I email her on Friday and get no reply the next day she emails me back saying that shes very sorry she didn't reply back to me because she was at the party, asks me what i did on the weekend and ends it at that. Today she passes by me and just stares and walks right past me i didnt see her my friend told me that she was looking and walked past you, I really don't know what shes thinking, when I see her I forget everything I wanna say, I get speechless, out of words, but with how things are going I dont know what to think, what do you guys think should I ask her out again this week? or just try and forget about the whole thing? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cypress25 Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Ask her out for a specific day and time. Not "maybe we could go out sometime" but "Are you free Saturday night? We could go to that sushi place across the street."
Better'n Outer Space Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Thats all for you to lose. When she was walking by looking at you & you didn't notice, she was trying to create eye contact & possibly even say hi. She's into you. Take command, ask her out to a specific place.
