Some of these female friends have gone out, and asked me, platonically, how they looked. It had nothing to do with their interest in me, or my interest in them. The OP is sexually interested in this girl, and he seems to think that she's teasing him with her outfits. I can't see how her wearing something that she wears all the time constitutes teasing?

She would get pissed off at all the guys who would hit on her because of what she was wearing.

I have never heard that a woman who dresses in a way that makes men look at her is a cocktease. In that case, every time I go out of my house, I am a cocktease. My clothes fit me well, and they tend to accentuate my best body features; I don't have my boobs hanging out or a dress up to my a$$ or a slit up to my thigh, but I certainly get tons of appreciative looks when I wear a black pencil skirt and heels, or lots of glances towards my cleavage when I wear a scoopneck shirt. I always assumed it was the way men are wired - that they like to look at women. Period. I actually believe I could wear sweatpants out every day and still get the looks. Guess I am just a cocktease. I had best inform my husband so he can police my actions when I leave the house.

She sounds like a girly girl who likes pretty clothes and likes to look good. What is wrong with that? Also there is nothing wrong with getting dressed up and asking your roommates how you look! If she had female roommates she would ask them the same question before she went out. That's what women do. You think she's hot and mysterious. That's a dangerous combination for you.

As for what's going on with her, I think that her being a quiet, shy sort and occasionally dressing knock out style, women aren't as turned on by women dressing that way. To us, there's a shimmering nymph under those clothes and it gets our juicing stirring. To them, it's a body. Their body. I doubt you find your own body that big a turn on. Likewise her hers. Why she dresses that way, is anyone's guess. Maybe she's horny and subconsciously picking loose outfits to attract men. Or maybe she picks them consciously. If it's completely at odds with her usual style, she maybe hasn't figured out a consistent style that she likes or just likes to be out there in the open sometimes but most of the time is fairly conservative. Whatever the case, as I said to start with, when you're on a diet you can still look in the fridge. Enjoy the view!

That's pretty simple. You must be getting somewhat hot and bothered by it to even talk about it here.
