ruffianheart Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I have lost 50 pounds since the breakup. It will be 2 months on Oct. 9.
shayla Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 I lost 37 pounds the first month. I couldn't eat and slept very little. In the year since, not an ounce! I'm starting a new weight loss plan on my 1 year anniversary of the breakup. The day my life changed for the better.
69ways Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 17 kg and taking into consideration I lift weights 5 times a week fro 12 years, it made a few heads turn on the beach. went from 94 kg down to 77 kg in 3 months got a stomach infection almost killed me that lead to fistula which I still suffer also was stuttering like mad during the first 2 months became also depressive but I am better now all these because of a woman.........
EgoJoe Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 I had already started to develop bad eating habits as of Feb 2011. I was 185-190lbs before February. By June I was barely 150 and I'm now back to 170lbs.
Mar1neOne Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Originally I was at 267 pounds and I dropped all the way down to 183. I am now at 200 even and I am all muscle. By the way I am 6ft 2.5inches. I plan on getting up to at least 212, but I am doing it slow so that it is all muscle. I am 40 years old and in the best shape of my life.(even better than when I was in the marines) This is one great benefit to breaking up. Although, I will always be lifting now, whether I am in a relationship or not.
sleepykitten Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 I lost just over half a stone, about 8kgs in a few weeks, then started going to boxercise because i didnt want to pile it all back on when i started eating again properly, which after 4 mths i havent, but i am definatly at my fittest!
