Frank13 Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 She finally texted me back yesterday. She is at a friends place sick and doesn't want to leave till she's feeling better. Translation - she is screwing another guy and doesn't want to leave until she can't walk anymore.

She is compassionate, kind, caring and empathetic and carries herself with class. I'm sorry, being in a open relationship with someone, having no scruples about a man housing her for free, bringing other men into the home that you are paying for to get her bells jingled (and she is getting it from other men if you both are in an open R), and then just leaving you high and dry when you've crossed her boundaries? A complete user and taker. The decent thing thing to do would be to tell you that she can't lead you on knowing you have feelings and that she can't allow you to support her anymore because it would be unfair and selfish. The fact that she agreed to an open relationship was a huge enough sign that she was declining any emotional investment in you, but she certainly didn't have any qualms about declining investment in a material form. Author olderwiser Posted October 7, 2011 Author Posted October 7, 2011 (edited) Well we ended up talking finally and she explained that she was scared and that's why she ran away. To be completely honest I was acting like a psyco stalker and I don't really blame her for taking off like she did. I'm not sure where we are going next but I certainly don't want to keep behaving the way I was it's not healthy for me or good for her. I have been working hard on keeping busy and I have sworn to myself that I will not check up on her at all and this time apart has actually been a god send because absence has made my heart heal and I don't care either way how things work out so long as I get my life back.
