Daremo_06 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Trying to stay focused on myself and not my ex. I even printed out the blurb someone posted about if your ex wants you back they would be doing x y z and I look at that multiple times daily. I have done alot of this selfwork before so its familiar to me and there are times I am doing much better. I am able to pull back and look at things and say to myself shes not working on herself and I start to feel pity for her running away from her issues instead of tackling them. Other times, I'll be stuck in the past and really missing her. Driving me bonkers. Monday was a great day, yesturday was sucky and today isn't shaping up much better. Thought I was past the real hurt and apparently its still there a bit... Sigh. Really need to step up and take my power back for myself once and for all.... And I want to STOP wasting energy thinking about her!
TheDovic Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Good for you Daremo, this is a really healthy way to be thinking! Would you mind sending me that blurb? Cheers
Author Daremo_06 Posted September 29, 2011 Author Posted September 29, 2011 Right here Dovic http://www.loveshack.org/forums/t286064/ the other thing that has been helpful is this link also, though it can tend to give those of us really struggling and dare I say it, desperate, some false hope if you superficially read it. http://www.powerfulintentions.org/forum/topics/yess-you-can-attract-your-ex dammit! I know if I can just keep focusing on me and keep my attitude positive ill be ok...
TheDovic Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Cheers Daremo. If you're finding it a real struggle at the moment you could try Paul McKenna's "I can mend your broken heart." All NLP techniques that are easy to use and some are really effective. Plus there's a hypnosis cd with it. I've been using the cd for about a week and even though I still miss my ex I no longer have that desperate feeling! Hopefully if I keep using it things will continue to get better http://www.amazon.co.uk/Can-Mend-Your-Broken-Heart/dp/0593055772/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1317301392&sr=8-1
