B_55 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Some of the people on my fb are still friends with my ex, and she will sometimes post on there updates about her and her new bf. I can't remove these people, but I really don't want to see my ex's posts... What should I do? Put them on ignore, or just remove them? I'm not really torn up about this, just trying to maintain N.C. and I hate seeing her posts. One person definitely took her side in the brake up, but I don't want to remove her from my fb because she is my late buddies little sister...
littleme Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 If you don't want to delete them fully just unsubscribe. It hides everything from you then but they don't know you've done it. Just remember to be strong & not go looking for anything as they'll still be on your friend's list
smudge21 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I thought if you blocked someone, you didn't see anything about them anymore, including any posts they make, which includes posts on others walls. That was my understanding.
Citizen Erased Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Block her. You won't see her posts, you won't even be able to find her page while you're logged in.
littleme Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 There's blocking and unsubscribing (new). Blocking hides you from them, and them from you for everything. Unsubscribing is the lesser version of that. They can still see you, they still show up on your friend list and you can view their profile if you choose to, but they don't show up on your newsfeed
flitzanu Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 block her. and remove them even. your friends you can actually call on your phone, fb isn't real life.
