Today is Day 4 of NC. everyday i feel soooo much better.

 

Got up at 6:00 for my morning cardio workout (do cardio in the am mon, wed, fri)

 

Today, it was a mother****er, and i don't know why, but i pushed forward, and completed. i feel soooooo great i overcame the situation and completed task at hand!

 

Today, leg workout. have not really liked leg workouts, but lately have kind of liked them. kind of looking forward to it. my goal is a 300lb squat.

 

One thing i have learned, NC is for yourself. i have read this over and over and over again. Go NC for yourself, get yourself back. it is NOT to get them back.

 

I really wish i could put my "knees in the breeze" again!! Man, i really miss doing that!!!
